RealPro Real Estate Consultants, Inc. opened for business in October of 2000. We are a local based boutique brokerage catering to the luxury home San Diego real estate market. Our vision is to not only provide excellent service, but make it an entertaining and fun experience for our clients, the way that home shopping should be. We have extensive knowledge in luxury home buyer representation along with new home construction, contracting and Jumbo financing.

Rick Bengson – Broker/ Owner
Rick is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and attended Western State University College of law in San Diego. He has 24 years of Real Estate experience including custom home building, real estate brokerage, mortgage brokerage and real estate software development. Having personally sold over 500 homes, Prior to opening his own brokerage he was the top producing agent for Re/Max Coastal properties.

Jason Kendall – Senior Luxury Homes Consultant
Jason Kendall graduated from Cal Poly in Pomona in 1995 with a degree in Psychology. After completing college he relocated to San Diego where he worked as a social worker for 5 years transitioning under-privileged youth from custody back into their homes. Since receiving his real estate license in 2002, As a Realtor Jason has represented either buyers or sellers on over 100 transactions.
Currently residing in Oceanside Ca, Married to a wonderful woman, Lindsey, and the father of two beautiful daughters, Mckenna and Brooklyn.
